Sheila Alexander-Reid is the Founder/Principal of Branding4Change, a boutique diversity, equity and inclusion consulting agency that works to mitigate implicit bias, gender and race discrimination to build diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace cultures in corporations, government, and nonprofit organizations. She facilitates business trainings and “Courageous Conversations” on privilege and power, racial literacy, cultural competency, cultural sensitivity, intersectionality, and LGBTQ competency to create diverse, equitable and inclusive (DEI) workplace cultures.

Alexander-Reid is a graduate of Spelman College, an Historically Black College and University (HBCU); Certified by Stanford University Graduate School of Business as an LGBTQ Executive Leader and Certified in Diversity and Inclusion by Cornell University.
